Lamb
We sell the best lamb in the world "WELSH" and are one of the few butchers in Swansea to sell salt marsh lamb when in season. Raised on local salt marshes the lamb gains its subtle yet distinctive flavour feeding on the fresh grasses and herbs that grow on the marshes, the tender and delicately flavoured meat is highly sort after by both high end restaurants and the general public.
Pork
We sell free range pork, "proper old-fashioned pork", finished to the highest standard with a good covering of fat and crackling to die for "pork like it used to taste".
Specially selected for the finest flavour our pork is tender, succulent and juicy. Enjoy premium free range roasts, hand cut and fully matured.
Beef
Beautiful beef specially choosen by us matured on the bone to deliver a fantastic flavour. From oh-so tender steaks, succulent family roasts to delicious diced steak for stews and the perfect barbecue burger.

Our award winning sausages are made by us on the premises from fresh natural ingredients, flavours range from traditional pork to our exclusive pork leek and lavabread, and continental variaties like French Toulouse, south African borewors and Italian pork and fennel.
Poultry
Our fresh chicken is a brilliantly versatile meal choice, perfect for easy and delicious suppers, from stir fries and curries to pan fried chicken fillets.
